- Import information you should know about what I create. Because what you see on this site is individually hand made...
- No two things will be exactly alike...because it's not made by a machine.
- I don't keep an inventory of copies of one item. If you buy something and you want another one just like it that would be a custom order and the second one won't be identical but similar instead.
- I do guarantee my work. If an item needs repair you pay shipping only. If you want a refund you have 10 days to return the item in the same condition it was when you received it. (whether it was in good or bad condition).
- If you want a replacement you have 15 days, you pay shipping one way, and any price difference. No refund if what you choose costs less. I will cover shipping back to you.
- If you just don't like what you bought and want a refund, no problem. Return the item in 10 days in purchase condition.
- Shipping from me to you will be arranged by me through the USPS in most cases and depending on the weight of items purchased the charge will be a flat rate of approximately $4.00.
- I'm a small business and do most everything myself and I do my best to not add extra fees on to my customers purchases. I'm happy to make you happy with your shopping experience with Judy's Baubles.
- I enjoy making jewelry as a hobby and I'm really pleased when someone else likes what I create enough to purchase from me. I am indeed blessed just to get to create anything so you may see more on my sight beside jewelry and wall hangings.
